The Challenge

The Black Dog Institute develop digital products for the management and treatment of mental disorders, such depression and anxiety. BDI wanted to explore the commercial viability of the myCompass product for the American market.

The Solution

Using a variety of various methodologies, we conducted a series of various research and analysis projects with our major healthcare partners such as United HealthCare and BlueCross Blue Shield to assess the merits of myCompass

The Results

With extremely positive feedback from our partners, we delivered a comprehensive roadmap with a $30m USD valuation to Black Dog Institute, as we as a regional-adjusted UX design and technical framework.
